Young woman hangs herself near home without knowing why
Phnom Penh: A young woman hanged herself at Dem Svay near her house without knowing the cause, causing a surprise at 6:10 am on October 1, 2022 in Prey Tea 1 village, Sangkat Choam Chao III, Khan Por Sen Chey, Phnom Penh.
The victim is Chan Meyong, alias Yong Yong, 17 years old, a 12th grade student living in Prey Tea 1 Village, Sangkat Choam Chao III, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.
According to the victim's relatives, on the night of September 30, 2022, before the incident, after eating, she went to bed normally, while her family also went to bed. Until the morning of October 1, she was found hanging from a mango tree near the house without knowing why.
After the incident, the police force of the 3rd Chao Chao Police Station went to inspect and make a record and then handed over the body to the family for a traditional ceremony.
