Phnom Penh: A man driving a black camry hybrid car threw too fast and hit the railing of the flyover, the road was badly damaged.

The incident happened at 11:30 pm on October 9, 2022 along National Road 2 in Sangkat Angre Leu, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.

According to sources at the scene, before the incident, a black Camry Hybrid car with license plate Phnom Penh 2M-9008 was seen driving by a man in the direction from west to east along National Road 2 at high speed. When he arrived at the scene, he oversteered and hit the center of the railing of the flyover, causing severe damage, and the car owner opened the car door and fled, leaving the car at the scene.

After the incident, local authorities arrived and contacted the land traffic police of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police to measure to take the car to store waiting for the owner to come in to deal with legal procedures.
