Suspect's name is Pich Narun, male, 40 years old, Khmer, living in a rented room in Phum Thmey, Sangkat Takhmao, Takhmao City, Kandal Province, Occupation Worker (Detained).
Lost property: 9.4 kg of power cord.
Captured evidence: 9.4 kg (of the victim) lead, copper wire, burnt wire to remove resin (of the victim). Residents called to report to the victim that a man was burning electricity in the plot of land of the old Public Works Department, Phum Thmey 2, Sangkat Takhmao, Takhmao City, Kandal Province.
