Suspect's name is Heng Sam An, alias Krouch, Male, 24 years old, Nationality Khmer, Occupation Driver, Residence: Taeng Tbong Village, Phum Thom Commune, Kien Svay District, Kandal Province

Captured exhibits include:

On the day of the incident, after receiving information from good people, they reported to our authorities that there was drug distribution activity in front of the house of Heng Sam An, alias Krouch, male, residing in Taeng Tbong village, commune. Thom Village, Kien Svay District, Kandal Province. Immediately after receiving the information, the Thom Village Administrative Police Force, in cooperation with the Anti-Drug Expert Force of Kien Svay District, arrived at the scene to arrest the above suspects and confiscated 29 drugs.
