Provincial Armed Forces Operation Breaks a Big Nest in Kirivong District

On October 7, 2022 at 13:30, on October 6, 2022, the Narcotics Bureau in cooperation with the Kirivong District Gendarmerie, led by Colonel Nget Chanthy, Deputy Commander of the Criminal Investigation and Control Department Receiving orders from Brigadier General Tri Seng Moha, Commander and Coordinator of Procedures, Mr. Som Chum Sokheng, Deputy Prosecutor of Takeo Provincial Court, cracked down on actual drug cases in Trapeang Khchao village, Ream Andek commune, Kirivong district, Takeo province.
Result: Arrested 4 suspects (3 males, 1 female)
1-Name: Kim Ly Hour, Male, 28 years old, Nationality: Khmer, (Uncertain), Drug Trafficker
2-Name is Rin Srey Lay, female, 20 years old, Cambodian, occupation: selling incense (must be his wife), both of them live in the above mentioned commune.
3-Name: Ith Sam Ath, Male, 31 years old, Nationality: Khmer, Occupation: Uncertain (Use), Residence: Trapeang Rong Village, Ream Andek Commune, Kirivong District, Takeo.
3-Name: Thean Udom, Male, 26 years old, Nationality Khmer, Uncertain occupation (Use), Living in Kork Prich Village, Kork Prich Commune, Kirivong District, Takeo Province.
Subtract up Exhibits include:
- 18 packs of white gram powder (11 large, 7 small packs) Weight = 617.27 g
(Weigh the bag)
- Pig blood color WY tablets, 8 packs (7 large packs) equal to 1320 tablets, weight = 145.93 grams (weighing both bags).
$ 2,400 (from four thousand four hundred US dollars) 2,655,000 riels (two million sixty five thousand riels).
- 1 large bottle of pure water (contains water, drugs)
- 3 mobile phones

The four suspects did a urine test for drugs.
Results: 3 positive (male) and 1 negative (female) Kovit test results (negative).
Suspects and exhibits are currently being held in custody at the Provincial Gendarmerie Headquarters.
