Phnom Penh: A Chinese man drove a Nissan car and collided with a Lexus GS-300 driven by a black man from the side, causing severe damage to both vehicles at 2:20 AM: October 1, 2022 at the point of Neak Wat Phnom Bridge along Preah Norodom Street, at the corner of Street 106 in Wat Phnom Sangkat, Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh.

According to sources at the scene, before the incident, a black foreign man was seen driving a white Lexus GS-300 with license plate Phnom Penh 2BM-9417 traveling along Norodom Road. From north to south, at the intersection of the four intersections where the incident took place, a navy blue Nissan car with license plate Phnom Penh 2AT-2353, driven by a Chinese man, was traveling along Route 106. The direction from east to west hit Lexus from the left side completely, causing severe damage to Lexus and Nissan damage to the front.

After the incident, both sides could not hear each other, one side was black and the other side was Chinese. The two sides then called their respective interpreters for hours to reach an agreement, with the Chinese side paying $ 2,500 to the black side to settle. Story at the scene.
