 Hok Racing's Pawn Shop Woman Sent to Court

Phnom Penh: On the morning of September 30, 2022, a woman who is the owner of Hok Rasing pawn shop, who received an illegal motorbike pawn without proper documents, was detained by the police and sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to proceed with the procedure.
